Boot up the backside

Yet again Woodley is an example to Reading.

This Greggs had queues reaching outs the door virtually all morning because crowds gathered for the car boot sale. All kinds of shops were open this morning as the footfall was there.

And now Loungers plans to add a coffee shop/bar like its Alto Lounge in Caversham.

Like Caversham, there is free parking, a few independents, different events and little hassle.

Big centres like Reading might find smaller centres little threat but if they fail to keep an eye on their success they might just regret it one day.
